Trying to cheat ur diet with high volume low calorie stuff is a recipe for disaster in the long termUre effectively training ur stomach muscle to hold a ton of volume in it.Thus once youre off ur diet, now u suddenly have the capacity to consume 10,000+ calories of junk food, because it all fits in easily as youve been stretching out ur stomach eating <2,000 of super high volume low cal foods

And for some reason I think its really underrated here.With OMAD/IF you don't have to make great concessions because you can have an amazing meal and feel great without having a lot of downsides. Do you love Pizza? Well a medium pizza is around 800g to 1000g, you can eat a pizza if you want anon, just don't snack the rest of the day. (I wouldn't suggest this everyday for health reasons but its fine to do sometimes)It doesn't feel like dieting anymore, honestly. That's not to say you can't ignore CICO, thats why you still log your food, but you don't feel the need for Cheat days.Also on a sidenote - Cheat meals are a scam. Don't fall for it. Its easy to undo 3 or 4 days of a diet with a big cheat meal. Just incorporate the food you want into your diet and eat LESS of it.>but you don't get to eat the rest of the day, that's the downsideYeah but you get used to it really fast and you stop being hungry all the time. It really isn't an issue past the few first days.
