Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

I know triceps are easy to fill in, but what about love handles? For some reason my belly seems to be avoiding developing loose skin.

Been yoyo dieting since about late Feb, work got really busy in April and I paid no mind to what i was eating but over all since Feb 24 I started at 190lbs... got down to 178 or so, went back up to 185.. now in the last bout of crash dieting im down to 174 lbs.. Add face pulls.
Keep leg press, do different foot placements to hit different parts of the legs (pic).
Add leg abductors.

So far my Gym Routine is

Day 1, Horizontal
Start with 20 min on Treadmill 2% incline and 5.5 km/h to get my heart moving
Then Horizontal workout (Bench Press, Chest Supported Incline Row, Peck Deck, Rear Delt, Bicep Curl)

Day 2. Rest day
But still go to the Gym and Hop on the Treadmill for 20 minutes or like today maybe more, Gonna increase it to 40 or increas the incline

Day 3. LEG DAY
Same 20 min treadmill like Day 1
Leg Press, Seated Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Hyperextension, Calf Raise with Weight

Day 4. Rest day.
Same as Day 2

Day 5, Vertical Day
Same 20 min treadmill
Lat Pulldown, Shoulder Press, Straight arm Pulldown, Lateral Raise, Tricep Extension.

Day 6. Rest day
Same as Day 2.

Then repeat. Today was the 2nd repeat so I was on "Day 2"
My previous week "Rest days" were the normal 20 min 2% 5.5 I do before every workout.
I like the treadmill, but I kinda wanna give a week for the other stuff like the Stair Master or the incliner or whatever it's called

I have been fasting six days a week, every week, drinking only water and only eating on Sundays since Lent started in February. I weighed 222 this morning and I expect to be at 232 by tonight. I've lost 98 lbs and have 62 more pounds to go for my goal weight of 160. Fuck, I was so close to being under 220. Next week for sure.

Should I use total calories or net calories in planning and recording?
My tdee set to paralysis mode is 2400 calories and I've been doing 2000 net for lifting days and 1800 net for non lifting days and also seeking 200g protein on lifting and 150g on non lifting days.
I use 180 calories as a burn for workouts and for my daily steps I use the calories burned from the app (set well below my bodyweight to be conservative).

So assuming I burned 600 calories from steps on a non-lifting day I am allowed to consume 2400 calories for a net of 1800.

Good idea or bad? I'm trying to lose weight while building muscle.

Also 6' tall and 318 lbs.

I have been doing keto for a couple of weeks now. The biggest benefits I've noticed for myself are: I don't feel bad after eating because I'm a hungry little bitch when it comes to carbs, this was on day 1. By day 3 I was no longer hungry all the time and debloated while drinking more tasty water. My coffee tasted better without all the sugar. I had more energy to keep up with the family. I got to cook differently because I couldn't put filler into a pot. My mind cleared up after about a week and I notice less stress on my mind. Overall it's been a positive and very sustainable for me. The best burger I've ever had was wrapped in a bit of lettuce and I never would have guessed that.
