By day 3 I was no longer hungry all the time and debloated while drinking more tasty water. My coffee tasted better without all the sugar. I had more energy to keep up with the family. I got to cook differently because I couldn't put filler into a pot. My mind cleared up after about a week and I notice less stress on my mind. Overall it's been a positive and very sustainable for me. The best burger I've ever had was wrapped in a bit of lettuce and I never would have guessed that.
