Sinewy muscle, little bone out croppings pleasant pools of fat places add some bush and pit hair and you got color contrast too. It's probably also the hardest body type to visualize in your mind because of how much varied detail there is. Lean too much into one direction and it loses a lot of that.

When you see jacked dudes on tv or at body building shows they stand tall, posing, at certain angles, with no slouching. This should be obvious with eyes but hope this helps.
