what's the 'sensus on eating baby food for gainz?
>>
>>77331614
are you a baby anon?
>>
>>77331614
went to get a prescription filled and saw that food my brother would have as a baby (me too probably but I don't remember that first hand) and got a small box. tastes amazing but it's just too much sugar
>>
>>77331614
that shit isn't even good for babies
>>
>>77331614
Nido has 25g of protein per 100g but it's loaded with sugar so it's like 500 "calories"
>>
>>77331634
>loaded with sugar
how is that legal to sell to babies?
>>
>>77331647
you gotta get them hooked young
>>
>>77331647
They dont want kids to be strong so they take out their normal metabolism (ketosis)

Have you never tried your gf’s breast milk? It’s naturally sweet as fuck
>>
>>77331647
I think they are selling it to the parents of babies, but I could be wrong
>>
>>77331927
Last I checked my wife doesn't produce corn syrup in her tits, albeit the amount of carbs is about the same breast vs formula.
>>
>>77331927
Unless that bitch is eating sugary slop all the time then the breast milk sugars are gonna be better.
>>
>>77331927
This.
Tried my wife's breast milk after she had our first son. Best way I could describe it is like cheesecake or a really sweet cream cheese. Never tried formula but if it's anything like the real deal it should have a creamy, almost slightly cheesy aftertaste
>>
>>77331927
Hahahaha yeah my pregnant gfs milk hahahah of course who hasnt
>>
>>77331927
no but I tried your mom's and it was great.
>>
>>77331614
was looking at the puree roast chicken one just today and my mind was ticking over
>>
show me One (1) big brand baby food with any amount of added sugar. I'll wait. spoilers: ||most baby food is just pureed fruits and vegetables, maybe some citric or ascorbic acid||

formula as in the milk substitute, not newborn's pureed food goybrain, keep up with the conversation.

And yet in your picture, the frog eats formula, the resulting conversation has been about breast milk and formula. Keep up goybrain.

Please explain what you think a conversation is.

does cream of rice count as baby food?
bodybuilders eat it all the time

"HiPP 1 pur BIO" has no sugars added, but it has goy oils.
so either oils or sugars.
>>77332691
>how is it legal
it isnt in europe, only in the failed artproject that is the amun-ra-ka (america)
>>

The macros are shit.

Yeah, I didn't ask.
>>

>It isn't in Europe.
>Literally one of the top three selling infant formulas is nearly 50% sugar by weight
Look, I know that you Europeans can't help but mention America whenever you possibly get the opportunity, And I know your national indoctrination tells you that you're the superior nation and that every other nation is stupid or something, but maybe do some basic research before regurgitating state-sponsored media next time.

I miss a few scoops of ensure in with my protein shake.

it's not quite baby food, but i do like apple sauce when bulking. It's a very easy to eat carb, fiber, phytonutrient, and hydration supplement usually with added vitamin C!
>>
>>77334350
>that list
oof. you get all the crap while euros dont.
i researched the ingredients myself, thats why i even condescended to converse with you ignoble dregs.
kek. unlucky but suits for you goy cattle of the choosenites. let the people suffer, they clearly enjoy it.
>>77334347

many such
>>
>>77335383
Can you not read or something? The image is literally one of the top three European formulas.
>>
>>77331614
I used to eat purina ralphs for gainz. But Now I eat primate "growth and reproduction" biscuits for gainz. My shits really hurt from all the fiber, but my gainz have never been better.
>>
>>77331614
There are more cost efficient ways to gain.
>>
>>77331647
Babies need a shitload of sugar and calories. They double their size in the first four months of their life and triple by month twelve. Sometimes your wife isn't producing enough and you need to supplement with formula.

Please don't feed formula to your kids, or anything marketed towards them. Mixed-fed children are on average 7 IQ points lower than purely breastfed children.

Anyway, for the actual topic of the thread, baby food pouches like picrel are a pretty good alternative to gels for running. They have more fiber and water so they digest a bit easier, but the downside is that they're bulky. I used to eat them a lot, but lately I've switched to dates.
>>
>>77331614
I got a couple jars free from some grocery store a few years ago in some promotion and they were alright but wouldn't really re-buy because neither the taste nor macros/micros were that great for the price.
>>
>>77335776
>more fiber and water
That's just stupid, at best including fiber during your run will slow the digestion of the carbs you want to absord asap, at worst it could cause gastric issues (shitting your shorts).
