Just do hang muscle snatches instead, way too fucking hard to not go too high or too low with upright rows, with snatches the pressing overtakes the pulling once you're high enough, so at worst you pull at bit more than ideal, without fucking your shit up.

Just do wide grip and raise on scapular plane (ie slightly in front of you instead of up along your body). Bending forward biases side delts and even involves rear delts a bit
