Is it true that, as a man, if I do enough hip thrusts and squats and get a plump enough ass I’ll be able to wear jeans, khakis, etc. without a belt and they won’t fall down?

I dont want to make a thread about this but saw what might as well be the second or third biggest guy at my gym doing the weirdest exercise i've ever seen
As a preface i only see the dude training legs despite having a well developed upper body. Im almost suspecting fool play but i digress
He took a bunch of the small platform plastic thingies, the 5ish cm ones women use for their meme step up "burn" "cardio" or whatever and stacked like 2 or 3
He brought the bar down to waist level and crammed himself between it and the platforms (he's a really tall dude) backwards to where his lower back-ass is on the bar and started doing a weird kicking his ass back reverse hip thrust calf raise motion
Not even googling it or asking AI gives any results
Never even seen buggenhagen or doorbrah who do all kinds of clown circus lifts do such things (now that i think about them it's like the middle of an arthur lift where you put the bar on your lower back just right by your glutes)
I dont know what's going on today and my gym has quite the old audience but there were a bunch of early teens around and they all stood flabbergasted by the machines accross the smith machine
