I noticed recently the tops of my toes feel numb like elbow skin. After doing some digging I believe it's an issue with my personal nerve as it coincides with calf pain near the knee. How do I fix a nerve injury or impairment?

*Peroneal nerve
If it's the apices then it's more likely the tibial nerve which divides from the sciatic nerve near he back of the knee.

Usually sciatic nerve impingement happens at the spine or hip.

The nerve impingement is not always located at the perceived source of pain.

Tldr; go see a physiotherapist
