oh but it's not a mystery that ohp doesn't put as much strain on hips and gluteus medius and doesn't result in as much external hip rotation as bench does
bench is almost as good at completely fucking up your lower body muscular balance as squat is :D

I love deadlifts but after I started repping above my bodyweight my hamstrings hurt in a specific way that only deadlifting achieved, it didn't feel like common DOMS, but more like strains from stretching.

Incline db bench is better for upper chest/shoulder and stabilizing muscles.

My OHP is stronger than my bench.
I can do 95 kg OHP and 90 kg bench. Apparently, my OHP is close to elite level, while my bench is worse than intermediate.
I don't know how I managed that when I train my chest more than my shoulders.
