what the fuck is wrong with them, lift until you can't what is complicated about this

The voices stop there

i dont want to go home

I spend 2 hours in the gym and I feel like I'm pushing it. I couldn't imagine spending more time there, I got too much shit to do.
>>
>>77333519
even 2 hours sounds too long, just work twice as hard for an hour
>>
I do three hours and a half. Twice a week.
Bench press, then pull ups/pushups/monkey swinging, 15 minutes wrapping my hands and stretching, then boxing for an hour, rest for a bit, then interval running for 40 minutes, then abs/sit ups.
>>
>>77333443
It takes me about 2 or 2.5 hours to fully exhaust myself with full body compounds
>>
>>77333545
work harder
>>
>>77333526
not him but I actually lift then started doing boxing classes there as they started offering it and I'm at the point I am going to take advantage of all the amenties that I pay for. I'm there for 2.5 or 3 if the boxing has more than just me in the class.

Lifting is hard. Average gym goers don’t like hard and just want to feel good about themselves.

I take 2-3 minute rests and throw in isolation drops sets to failure after then a bit of cardio and do lat raises on both upper body days of my split. If I need a break from going to failure I often throw another set in of my compounds. Training is actually fun to me and I enjoy being healthy. This elitism that 45 minutes is the optimal time for every person in the gym is just spurred on by wanting to sound cool to normies or guys who got jacked on higher volume then lowered it.

Supersets. Increase intensity and in and out in 50 minutes max. Two-Three compounds max: bench, pull-ups/chin-ups or OHP, pull-ups/chin-ups, dips, maybe superset some rows, then tri-superset: triceps+ biceps+ lateral raises. Do not linger, do not do junk reps, sets or exercises. Fuck being in gym
Leg day is separate.
>>
>>77333682
is any of that stuff making you bigger
>>
>>77333692
Based superset enjoyer. On leg days I superset squats and deadlifts. It can kind of suck ngl, but its also kinda fun.
>>

I remember finishing an entire full body workout in the time it took some asian 20-something year old to do 2 sets on the seated row machine. The seated row machine is where guys go to have mental breakdowns I guess.
>>
>>77333443
I work out for 3 hours 3 times a week because I'm mostly doing high set count max weight compound lifts with a 5 minute rest in between.
>>
>>77333794
Quite rare scenario but it's fascinating when it happens. I saw it with the glute machine a few weeks ago. Two black girls were on it when I walked in, and when I left 1 hour 45 minutes later they're still there.

Would you rather I rot in my house? I don't want to play videogames with trannies.
>>
>>77333480
My voices increase when I go outside into the public where there are strangers looking and judging.
>>
>>77333443
I have no AC or hot water. It's cheaper to keep my gym membership than get my house fixed. My house will slowly be taken over by mold from all the humidity.
>>
Is 90 mins too long for full body?
I do that 3 times a week
>>
>>77334291
not really but surely you could just work a bit harder to tire yourself out just as much in 60
>>
>>77333526
Weights are usually only an hour, but I stretch before and after for 15min, and 30ish of cardio. I should move the catdio to the morning, but I'm awful at waking up in the morning
