i know "abs are built in the kitchen" and just calorie deficient to get lean. i do full body resistance (mainly compounds). But does cadio effect they way your body fat is distributed? I know hormones and genetics play a huge factor here, but does cardio? I hear cardio burns more visceral fat so maybe someone who does cardio has different fat deposits? i got huge but kinda fat legs cause im bulking but ive always heard people who run a lot theres legs get leaner/smaller

Yes please do cardio. If all you do is eat and lift you'll likely end up fat as fuck if you're not taking some type of drug or have really good genetics for nutrient partitioning.

Like if you ate perfect maintenance and then low carb on cardio days and you let the cardio be the only dent in your maintence you'd probably see some weird shit in a few years. But no one's going to do that for that long.
