https://youtube.com/shorts/beO9sGTwz8o?si=Q4I8OlQfbU_bftqxHow many of these can you do /fit/?
>>77335429I can do 4 or 5 of themHow long do I have to planch for it to count?
>>77335449Here's some shit I don't give a fuck about 1 percent of every human got to rail your mom and guess what.. wasn't great ! So I'm sure I'm not missing out on anything here
>>77335451ESL-kun you're going to have to try harder. This isn't India we don't get upset over 'your mama' jokes past the 4th grade.
>>77335429i doubt that 1 in 1000 can do all these things
>>77335429I dunno about that, it depends on other factors too. When I was 130lbs I could legit do 20 pull ups, from dead hang to chin over bar, but looking back that didn't count for shit because I looked emaciated and maxed out at 1pl8 on benchBench 315 is only impressive if you're at a reasonable bodyweight. If you weigh 300 that ain't impressive, you're barely moving more than bodyweight. And I also noticed that when most people say they bench 315 they really mean they can do a half rep, bounced off their chest, with assistance from a spotter lolId say the standard is to do all off this between 170lbs and 220lbs lean, the weight depending on your height of course
It is pretty funny how so many people on here claim they can bench 315 when it's considered extremely rare. That said a ton of people on here are either lying, using PEDs, or just fat so that 315 lb bench doesn't mean as much.
>>77335469Lol, read the title, its if you can do ANY of them. If you can do ALL of them, you're 1 in a million percentile.
>>77335508like the other post said, most people who claim to bench 315lbs are literally moving the bar 4 inches with help from 3 fucking spotters. either that or they're 315lbs permabulkers in which case they're just lifting bodyweight most of what you read here is straight bs desu. unless anons post proof of their lifts take whatever you read as a grain of salt. same with posting body, you'd think the guys claiming to be 240lbs lean would be happy to post some pics
>>77335509ok yeah
>>77335460yr mom gay LOL
>>77335429Muscle ups, handstands and planche are nowhere near close in difficulty to 2/3/4/5.They fall between 1-2 plate bench in terms of difficulty.
>>77335429I hate bodyweight shit because it's always 120lb shrimp dicks pretending that a muscle up is equivalent to a 500lb deadlift. I had to get into bodyweight training for convenience a couple years ago and everyone is such a moron. You'll see 90lb idiots like this guy write sincerely that a 100lb person doing +100lb dips are equivalent in strength to a 200lb person doing +200lb dips.
>>77335596Forgot the stupid pictureA 405lb squat is easier than a 500lb deadlift or 315lb bench. Everyone that tries to make "standard" are just making content slop. There's no actual "standardization" going on.
>>77335486Vast majority of people can't do that even when lean since most lean people just do some cardio at most and most fat people don't lift either. I agree with you though
2 and 3 aren’t remotely difficult. Powerfats achieve this relatively quickly because they weigh approximately 500lbs
>>77335429>lbIf you don't use KG I don't even consider you human to begin with
>>77335486Bench pressing doesn’t really get the assistance from extreme body weights that squatting or deadshitting does. It can help being bigger to control the weight but out of the three it isn’t easy to add numbers onto it by being overweightIf you took someone who could BP 200lbs clean for example and they weighed 180, you wouldn’t get them to 225lb automatically if their body weight was 280, yet you would see a considerable increase in their squatting ability with the extra mass
>>77335429Only 4, 5, and 6 are actually beneficial and practically useful. The rest is just showoff and egolifting, and just unnecessarily dangerous.
>>77335429I can do all except 8,9,10(never trained for them)Probably mog 99.9% of this board
>>77335429This is retarded. It probably includes women, children, and indians. Way more than 0.1% of men can do 20 pullups. Probably like 20% of shorter guys can do that.
>>77335853Youre crazy.
>>77335825At the warehouse truck dropoff I squat/deadlifted 8, 50kg supply boxes (one at a time). it was not easy but I managed to do it without exhausting myself or getting hurt because the dental hygienists ay the clinic are physically unable to handle that weight. I am also capable of carrying my wife in a comfortable position for a practical length of time 1-3 minutes. This is very practical and occurs daily— if/when I have kids I intend to do the sameMy consistent squatting and occasional deadlifting definitely helped prepare me for thatAlthough I agree 4,5,6 are the most practically applicable I’m 78kg 5’8
>>77335918So you don't need to squat 405 lbs for that, right? Does your gf weigh 220lbs? I am guessing she is weighing less than that. So I'm pretty sure a 220lbs/100kg/2pl8(metric) 5x3 or something would be more than enough for you, and also beneficial for your health, and mostly safe to handle at your age.
>>77335825>The Press(tm) isnt useful
>>77336246Not at those weights.
>>77336261225lbs is kinda ok. I do 240 but 225 is fine for smaller dudes
>>77336269You're fat as fuck or your form is shit.
0.01% of the world population-- 8.3 billion people-- is 830,000.Make of that what you will.
>>77335853when I was a 16 yo lanklet I could do infinite pullups
>>77335536NICE!
>>77335515no, most of them are simply lying and would be afraid to unrack 315 let alone half-rep it kek
i can do 5 of those things and i have a 3.5" taint
>>77336274And your ohp is not even close to 2pl lmaaoooo
>>77336316When I was 15-16 I could do one-armed pull-ups without even training them. This was partly because I used to do daily high intensity sessions on a hydraulic rower.
The thing is so many people here are fat so they can do this, but I see people on here pretend that you have to bench 4 plates to be impressive which just isnt true.
>>77336416id bet most of them can't even do 225 lol
There is no world where a 4 plate squat is easier than 5 plate deadlift or 3 plate bench.
>>77335508It took me 5 years to bench it at a moderate bodyweight and bodyfat percentage, thing why most do not bench it, is because you have to do stuff like smolov jr for years, which is a hard af and boring training.
>>77335429I can do four and a half of these (can only Straddle planche)
>>77335508Why is that surprising, we're all 6'3", 7" and making six figures on /fit/
>>77339377don't forget the 9/10 tradwife, 2/3/4/5 in 2 years of lifting, certified IQ of 180 and being 260 ripped
>>773354290.1% is completely fake and gay. The number is far smaller and likely only the most extreme manlets. The builds that can do 1-3 are not typically the builds that can do 5-6.
