I dunno about that, it depends on other factors too. When I was 130lbs I could legit do 20 pull ups, from dead hang to chin over bar, but looking back that didn't count for shit because I looked emaciated and maxed out at 1pl8 on bench

Bench 315 is only impressive if you're at a reasonable bodyweight. If you weigh 300 that ain't impressive, you're barely moving more than bodyweight. And I also noticed that when most people say they bench 315 they really mean they can do a half rep, bounced off their chest, with assistance from a spotter lol

Id say the standard is to do all off this between 170lbs and 220lbs lean, the weight depending on your height of course

Muscle ups, handstands and planche are nowhere near close in difficulty to 2/3/4/5.
They fall between 1-2 plate bench in terms of difficulty.

Bench pressing doesn’t really get the assistance from extreme body weights that squatting or deadshitting does. It can help being bigger to control the weight but out of the three it isn’t easy to add numbers onto it by being overweight

If you took someone who could BP 200lbs clean for example and they weighed 180, you wouldn’t get them to 225lb automatically if their body weight was 280, yet you would see a considerable increase in their squatting ability with the extra mass

At the warehouse truck dropoff I squat/deadlifted 8, 50kg supply boxes (one at a time). it was not easy but I managed to do it without exhausting myself or getting hurt because the dental hygienists ay the clinic are physically unable to handle that weight.
I am also capable of carrying my wife in a comfortable position for a practical length of time 1-3 minutes. This is very practical and occurs daily— if/when I have kids I intend to do the same

My consistent squatting and occasional deadlifting definitely helped prepare me for that

Although I agree 4,5,6 are the most practically applicable
