Might be true. I'm an northern europoean american (Irish mostly) and to get below 20% bodyfat is a full time, part time job. All day, every day. Not too hard to stay at 20-25% and be strong, athletic and non-fat. Just dont eat like an asshole. But to look "lean" with abs requires steroids, clenbuterol, cardio, restriction, fasting, cardio, monhts and months of dedication and then iImbarely scraping 15%. Im not saying this is everybody who's white. But FFS.....Ive been doing this for literal decades.....It should be this tough.
