does anyone else eat slop but manage to stay thin? my average diet:breakfast: milk tealunch: 50 cent bag of Funyuns and a king sized kitkatsnacks: buttery toast dinner: huge bowl of cheesy rice and beans my protein is probably no more than 25g a day, I eat a lot of carbs, sugar, and fat. I am normal weight though, slightly on the thin side. I do bike 8 miles a day but my commute is mostly flat.

You aren't eating extremely clean or anything, but your diet is low calorieYour breakfast is pretty much non existent, same as your lunch and snacks. You just about eat nothing until dinner..Are you actually surprised that you are a normal weight when your practically eating one meal a day? A king size kit kat funyuns butter toast and a milk tea are maybe 850 calories at most.

Yeah man I mean that's not alot of calories. Anyway I thought your picture was Renee graves for a second. Fuck that lady is hot. I wish she was my mom... oh but I'm thinking of the Renee who is in love with her son. Yeah man, that'd be the lift. Anyway if you want to gain weight there's simple fixes, mostly just adding liquid calories if purely interested in gaining weight, add a nice protein shake if you want to grow

You might think its a lot of food but it seems like you are actually undereating for your build (while biking that much).That said you probably aren't that healthy, I'm assuming you are skinny fat, which means you are thin but you also have 0 muscle other than maybe legs from biking. I would try to get more protein intake to at least 70g (which is still really low but a huge improvement in your case).
