bodybuilding is my passion
however i'm also working towards improving my cardio; I want to get my mile time below 10 minutes while maintaining my heart rate below 155 bpm
I want to get more flexible; i want to do the splits but i'm not seriously working towards this right now
I also want to do a muscle up and a front lever
i'm slowly (very slowly) building towards everything
