My genetics are so bad for gymming, training for bodybuilding is hopeless because of my frame, insertions, and how little muscle i gain despite decades in the gymIve even tried copeing with power-lifting, u know how some guys have shit genetics for bodybuilding, but they're strong, so they get into powerlifting and do the whole strength copeing journey Well my genetics are shit for strength too, im perma stuck on 1 plate ohp, 1.5 plate bench, 2 plate squat, 3 plate deadlift, me trying to improve those numbers gets me nowhere, im perma stuck on them for over a decade.So i dont even have the ability to strength train cope because my body is awful at that too.All I can really cope with is lifting for "health" because aesthetics is impossible for me, and strength is also impossible for me, so all i have left to lift for is "muh health"I guess i should be happy about that at least??? maybe?? i dont know
I guess what im saying here, anyone else in my position would have quit the gym a decade ago.Because 99% of people only go to the gym to (A) get aesthetic or (B) get strong, and my body refuses to do either of those things.So all i can do is tell myself >well at least im staying physically active by going to the gym, thats healthy!
