Are front squats, russian twists and chin ups enough for building enough core strength and mass? I don't plan to look like a bodybuilder but i want a clearly noticeable, well built core.

Better then nothing but pretty shit. Front squats are garbage

I recommend hanging leg raises

How they are carbage? I'm doing front squats for the first time and i'm noticing how much i need to work out my core during my lift. They can't be that bad.

I do 2 plate back squats normally and right now i'm struggling with 1 plate front squats.

If you want core mass, loaded carries are a must

I like front squats. Been getting better at them.

Frontsquats are great, and considered as the trve squat in the athletic field, dont listen to the genetic dead ends shitting on them.
If you absolutely dont want to train abs directly, do some weighted carries. Farmer walks, suitcase carries, rack carries, yoke, sled push/pull whatever.

Retard.

all you need is the cable crunch. if you can't do the stack for 15 you can't do enough.

I try but these feels so awkward. Once I get near the full stack it's hard to not have my whole body come off the floor.
