idk OP but I started doing Yoga with Adriene not long ago and it has really helped my issues with short leg tendons.

If you've never done any stretches before maybe get used to basic warm up stretches first (I just do the exact shit I was taught as a kid at Kyokushin Karate) and do them before Yoga.
