Hey bros here is some weightlifting advice for newbies. If you are doing some heavy ass lift and you're not paying attention to what every part of your body is doing, and you wake up the next day and your shoulder or elbow or knee or back is in pain, then stop doing what the fuck you're doing, and go down to like half the weight and then figure it out.
