I haven't used toothpaste in a month. I don't even wet my toothbrush anymore, only to clean it. I have been brushing my teeth dry and my plaque is now gone.
It sounds incredible, but I believe you. Going to try this right now.
The fluoride in the tooth paste remineralizes your teeth and helps retain the enamel. Don’t swallow it though; it will make you stupider over time if ingested.
>>77339984I wish I took before and after photos. My front bottom teeth used to be completely black near the gums, and now the tartar about 85% gone. make sure your tooth brush is actually dry, not just wet and toothpaste-less. >>77339996I drink a lot of milk

For centuries, jeets would chew on twigs of the neem tree for similar abrasion (and antimicrobial effects of neem oil). It's akin to giving your dog a Greenie, but I'll stop short of racistly comparing jeets to dogs and simply point out that mechanical disruption of anaerobic LAB will help with tooth decay sufficiently. I don't have issues with fluoride but if you fear the F, you can still have healthy teeth through mechanical removal of the bad shit.

The toothpaste isn't to clean the teeth it's to protect them. brushing them is enough to clean them

>>77339977>Dry brushing teeth is the practice of brushing with a completely dry toothbrush and no toothpaste. Because water and toothpaste soften bristles, dry bristles are stiffer, allowing for superior mechanical plaque removal and longer brushing sessions. Studies show it is 50–67% more effective at reducing plaque, bleeding, and gingivitis.Holy shitToothpaste is a psyop
