I started eating about 10 a day maybe 15 years ago. It's really the single best food of all commonly available foods year round, and covers for so many gaps in the diet. Almost everyone is severely deficient in vit A for example hence all the skin problems, if they don't eat oily fish or organs, a bunch of eggs a day fixes that.
