This will sound weak and cowardly but here we go: Ever since i broke up with my gf and got a stressful job i can't keep up or cope with cutting. I get dopamine from hitting the lidl bakery in the morning and i just love beef and rice so much. Can someone help me before it's over? I'm 33 and i wanna get back to my prime lean days.
