Been training about two years now .... It feels like everyone who looks better than me is weaker? People tell me strength and size are the same thing, but I always look over and see people moving 70% of the weight I do, who always mog me... Am I just low T? Like don't get me wrong I am not strong by any means, but I see some ripped nigga in a pink du rag benching sub 1pl8 that absolutely mogs me... Even tho I'm here doing 225 for 5s.Why are all these weak dudes so strong??? I thought size and strength were correlated, but I have the strength but zero size.5'11 190, 295 1rm bench and 450 squat and this is how I look... Is it over?
