*spontaneously heals after nine months of carnage*
>>
How? Ive been dealing with this shit for 18 months, been doing all the classic rotator cuff strengthening bullshit, dropped weights on all presses blah blah. Specialist reckons my shoulders sit low/forward so now working on getting them to sit in the right spot, using rear delts to centre the humeral head. Can't wait to wake up and its just spontaneously healed

You can heal it by not neglecting odd weak angles and forms at super low weight.

yeah realised that was retarded after I posted it, but was just looking for more info so I could compare to my current shoulder issues.

It's called blood in the muscle. If you're fucking it up doing it a certain way then your shit isnt aligned and neutral. It's not full rom that's the enemy it's when you roll your shoulders to get a rep instead of just starting there lighter.

I think I have this.
Do I just ignore it? I took 3 weeks off hoping it'd heal but it didn't get better at all.

My left shoulder does the same. Dont be fooled. If you move wrong, it will get pissed off and youll be back at square one. I cant really do bench press anymore due to this.

I have no idea. The pain grew until it became an issue and so I and went lighter and stopped working out as much. Then it got worse and I couldn't work out or even open doors with it. Even pansy rehab hurt. Even jogging hurt it. For months. So I just left it. Then it got worser still and I couldn't sleep from the pulsing agony or move it in any direction. After a month that happened again, even more painful and longer. I thought I really fucked it that time. Then it healed within two weeks. I didn't do anything. So now I'm doing all the rehab and strengthening shit just in case, adding in movements and building up weight slooooowly.

Yiu also need to do static hokds, specifically for supraspinatus, for tendons to heal. And stretches. Otherwise yiu will be stuvk in a perma inflamated tendon that will nevwr recover. Also shit like d3+ vofactors, hyauluronic acid, collagen, infra red, magnesium work
