>>77342583I'm not op, but here's what eorked for me:Spam sub optimal set 1-2 times per week for a month. This means that if your one set max is 8, do 8-10 sets of 4, then slowly raise that to 5. In a month or so your max should increase. Then I'd suggest to have a sub max day like this per week and another day where you target max reps, like trying to do 3 sets of 6, then when that's comfortable go for 7 and so on. On sub max days rest time is short, like 90 secs, on max days it should be longer, even 3 minutes. I could barely get to 7 in a single set in December, but now I'm at 9-9-8. Hopefully one day I can get to 10 reps for 3 sets, but I feel like that's a longer journey.
