A meal cannot be healthy, a diet can. Asking if a meal is healthy is like asking if a spoon is a complete set of cutlery. It can be a part of whole cutlery set, but it cannot be one on its own. Your cutlery set should have a spoon in it, but shouldn't consist exclusively of 100 spoons. Similarly, a specific food or meal can be a part of a healthy diet. And just like a chainsaw is inherently not a reasonable inclusion in a cutlery set even though it cuts things, there's only a few select foods that cannot be included in a healthy diet, mostly those that contain compounds with no beneficial effects and harmful effects at any dosage, like trans fats.

If you eat only things that don't come inside packaging then you're 95% probably eating healthy.
Frozen veggies/fruits and (some) canned stuff are the exception.
