study: PMC12020143

"In summary, creatine supplementation appears to be a safe supplement. There were no changes in creatinine or eGFR following 12weeks of creatine supplementation (5g/day) in healthy young resistance trained males. Further, there were no significant differences between groups for changes in testosterone, DHT, or DHT:T ratio. Lastly, there were no changes over time or between groups for any hair outcomes. These results refute the common claim that creatine causes baldness."

There is literally no reason to not take creatine, if you are a healthy male. I doesnt even speed up genetic predisposition for hair loss.

>taking creatine made from limestone mixed with other chemicals in a lab will totally not cause any health issues
>it's totally the same thing as the creatine found in the meat of healthy animals
>>
>>77342642
Only morons are worried about taking creatine. I say let them be stupid. They can struggle while I progress past them.
>>
>>77342642
Then take it. Who gives a shit. It's useless anyway. Just another kike powder so you will waste money and still be a lazy DYEL piece of shit, now with a nice package that makes you feel like you actually did something.

Not to mention, that studies can be easily paid off by companies that profit from them. Go, take your creatine. Who cares.
>>
>>77342776
>They can struggle while I progress past them.
Progress in what? Being bloated like an american woman?
>>
>>77342662
>its made in the lab so its bad!
you retards amaze me every time, its literally the same fucking molecule. It has the same bioavialability and benefits, its the most studied supplement in existence, how dense can you be?
>>
>>77342776
These tards inject trt but are in fear of creatine
>>
>>77342797
its cheap as shit and has the most health benefits for a single supplement. You are just a poor fag shizo.

Sure they can but look into the study to analyze the quality of it, not every study is equal. That just shows you are a uneducated dyel.
>>
>>77342868
That's a lot of projections from a goy cattle.

Being handsome enough to have a shitty beard must be nice life on easy mode is probably super comfy

All I know is I've been on creatine for 15+ years and I've got no hair loss. and im well over 30 too. it clearly has not and will not make me bald, take that anecdote for what it's worth

i think the correlation is coming from steroid users - a lot of people who take steroids also take creatine, so the baldness from steroids is falsely associated with creatine. a lot of gear users really don't wanna admit they're getting sides so they cope. "Nah bro I already had acne on my chest and back when I was natty", "nah bro that gyno was totally always there it's from puberty" or "nah bro I was already balding it must be creatine that caused it"
>>
Who cares about fucking studies with 5 and a half participants, that can't be replicated? If you have a gym buddy who took creatine and lost half of his hair in a month, it's a more valuable information to reach a conclusion, than some shitty sponsored study. Nigger have it right by just ignoring science and making decisions based on their experience.
>>
>>77342642
even if theres 0.1% that it causes hairloss its still not worth it. its just as simple as that. hair > physique. ask any bald roided freak if they would trade all their muscles for a perfect nw0 hair and they would say yes in a heartbeat and thats the truth jack
>>

I appreciate avatarfags more than you know
I see this image and I can comfortably keep scrolling
In fact I have no idea what you wrote here at all
>>
>>77342859
He is sort of right as long as you avoid lab tested products.
>>77342999
Most of the studies fail to provide a biochemical pathway explanation because the supplement industry research is full of researchers on payrolls to shill X new bullshit.
>>
>>77342878
Does it cure cancer as well?

Why do some people have to turn everything into a fucking cult? It's just a supplement and nothing about it is special. Hooweee it gives you +5% strength and bloat bonus... Literally just eat good and you get the same. Supplements are for lazymaxxing diet NOTHING more.
>>
>>77343006
>1 guy in my close proximity with no data at all is >better then a clinical study with 55 randoms
just say you are a tard
>>
>>77342642
or just drink bone broth
>>
>>77343024
I am not taking it purely for the workout benefits, but brain related too. If you care so much about your hair, you either a baldy yourself or should transition.
>>
>>77343176
What is wrong about lab tested products?

But creatine is not a new bullshit, but a cheap supplement with 100 of studies supporting it.
>>
>>77344525
Yes, because 55 participant study can be esily missing a 10% chance of getting bald from it. And if group contains older guys with hair, elwho obsiously don't have balding genes, than it can miss a 100% chance of going bald for the people with balding genes
>>
>>77344597
I meant that lab tested products should be safe, you might be risking shit if you buy discounted bulks from india and shit
>>
>>77342642
Thank god cause I been snorting creatine.
>>
>>77342662
They put this stuff under microscopes and can confirm the same structural build between natural and synthetic creatine. It's literally fine

I ate 1300 calories/day like a retard to lose weight fast a while ago and now my hair has been falling out in the shower for over 3 months. It’s over for me
>>
Okay, and which of the thousands of creatines did the study recommend? This information is incomplete and will receive a dislike for it.
>>
Did they use the standard stuff on the market?
Did they have a loading phase like most people do?
No I will not read your paper
>>
>>77342642
>there were no changes over time or between groups for any hair outcomes
Did they use one of those cameras where you zoom into the scalp for follicle count/health for this or just eyeball it?
>>
>>77344597
>with 100 of studies supporting it.
This is a shibboleth for being a pseud by the way, you didn't read a single one of those studies, you don't know what effect they were studying, but you're swinging around the fact that they exist as if it means creatine is safe and effective and makes women chase you. I agree with that conclusion, however I wish people would stop parroting that phrase. Makes you a shill for free, for a cheap supplement.
>>
>>77346109
Hair shedding from rapid weight loss isn't permanent until you have a genetic predisposition to balding.
>>
>>77346071
And dimwits like you believe this and buy it.
>>
>>77342642
I've taken creatine consistently maybe 4 times in my life.

EVERY SINGLE TIME after about 1 week, my hair gets super itchy in the androgynous zones

There is zero "science" you can provide me that will make me not believe creatine increases MPB for those that are DHT sensitive
>>
>>77342642
Baldness is just genetics, people that go through it usually do so in their 20’s which is around the same age men start using supplements and hitting the weights
It’s purely coincidental timing of Creatine usage, nothing more
Accept you have bad hair genetics and move on

just up calories and have healthy fats and eat better anon

NTA but creatine is literally the most researched supplement in existence, so it's obviously going to have a lot of effects
>>
Anecdotal evidence but my hair visibly thinned in front the last time I took it.
All it does is fill up your muscles with water/creatine anyways.
>>
>>77342642
Because of creatine, I no longer have pubes
