>>
Only if dehydrated or underfed
>>
Im the strongest too dawg in my gym so I always feel good after lifting and humiliating dyels by my presence

>in reality everyone is too busy doing their own thing to notice or care
>>
>>77342780
Nah, every time i ohp 2pl they fuckin watch like cucks kek
>>
>>77342785
And they're thinking "are you going to be done soon?"
>>
>>77342788
Yeah, no shit. Must be shitting their pants when i loudly slam the weights lmao
>>
>>77342674
im all smiles and sunshine after lifting heavy and super social to randos on the street and everyone i meet
feels almost unnatural since im usually the muted type
>>
>>77342674
Clearly you need to do more cardio after lifting.

I only get angry when the gym receptionist doesn't respect my pronouns. I keep telling her I am a self-identified femme and that I'm her ally but she keeps telling me she's going to call the cops on my ass.
>>
How the fuck does someone get angry for no reason? Is an AI shitting out these inane frogfag and feelfag threads?
>>
i just have that good exhausted from working out feeling
>>
>>77342674
>get to the gym
>parking nightmare
>people walking through the lot without a care in the world, oblivious to the very real threat of vehicular traffic
>dickhead arguing with the receptionists about nonsense
>music is top ten garbage
>want to bench first, but all benches are occupied
>broccoli haired mutts in groups of six taking 45 minutes per set
>have to compromise and throw your lifts out of order
>finally get a bench; it’s covered in hepatitis sweat
>get dirty looks because you bench in a rack so you don’t have to rely on the buddy system for your own safety
>set up but distracted by 20yo hotties with flat, visible tummies
>middle of your first set, someone asks “how many more sets do you have”. Wants to work in
>want to try weird exercise you’ve never done and have never seen anyone else do, but afraid to embarrass yourself
>don’t want to take too much time between sets because others are waiting
>need a set of 55lb dumbbells, but someone has them, along with the 50’s, 60’s, 45’s, and 40’s.
>one exercise left, on a machine that’s being used. Have to compromise again
>more retards in the parking lot
Public gyms are legitimately a bad experience overall. It’s just that those gyms are all you’ve ever experienced. The only advantage they have over a home gym, outside of price, is the range and quality of equipment they offer (particularly cardio equipment).

Internal thought spiraling. You don’t have an inner monologue so you wouldn’t understand.
>>
>>77342949
>Internal thought spiraling
OP said no such thing
>inner monologue
Seems like he doesn't have one.
>>
>>77342960
No, OP didn’t mention it outright, but it’s the most common cause of unexplained anger. We call that an “inference.”
>>
>>77342933
>no reason
There is one but they can't/don't want to know it
>>
I'm mad that i have to go to work after lifting and that i will never get to fuck those hot stacies in my gym. It's so fucking over
>>
>>77342674
Get a home gym to take out the anger from the public gym. The post-workout after working out is key.
