This is the way. Definitely have noodle arms, and I know I can make lots of progress there. Do you guys use machines or free weights? I feel like I’d be more inclined to work arms with machines that isolate everything properly.

for biceps, the best things for me have been close grip EZ bar preacher curls (a preacher curl machine works too) and incline curls. for triceps, smith machine JM press and tricep overhead extensions (i use EZ bar but a lot of people use cable). preacher curls and smith JM press are the real stars as far as stability and isolation, i think they're both fun too

So I’m assuming you have a gym membership then? Honestly, my dream setup is just to have like a whole complex in my house lol. Like an entire floor dedicated to gym equipment - treadmill, smith machine, free weights, squat + pull-up bar. I hate exercising in front of people, so I’d definitely prefer something like that to going to a gym to use certain machines.

And yeah, I think I could tolerate something like that. Could just go at like 1 AM or something on the weekend. I only exercise 1-2 times a week these days, so I could definitely stand to go at odd times.

I think it’s probably time to start putting on mass again. I’ve pretty much maintained this exact physique for 2 years. I want to get better, and I’ve been especially concerned with this since I’ve been exercising less and eating in an undisciplined way (either by eating too much or eating way too little).

Thats good, from what you describe as in not doing TOO much work, you might just have good genes, a lot of anons here would love being in your position.

The way to improve this would be by being a bit more intentional with your training (as in taking it more seriously and setting goals/following a more strict plan), but obviously that is more work as well.
It depends if you are content with looking pretty good or if you want to ascend.
