>>77343952for biceps, the best things for me have been close grip EZ bar preacher curls (a preacher curl machine works too) and incline curls. for triceps, smith machine JM press and tricep overhead extensions (i use EZ bar but a lot of people use cable). preacher curls and smith JM press are the real stars as far as stability and isolation, i think they're both fun too

Like an entire floor dedicated to gym equipment - treadmill, smith machine, free weights, squat + pull-up bar. I hate exercising in front of people, so I’d definitely prefer something like that to going to a gym to use certain machines.
