Feeling better. No stiffness. You drop something, you can pick it up without hurting or grunting. You can squat down and reach under the couch to get the thing that rolled under it. Stuff like that

Wrong. If anything you're increasing your risk of injury. Why are you yanking on contractile tissue? If your elbow, knee or any other body part is capable of moving at full range of motion, you have no reason to do stretching. Even then, there are better things to do than stretching. Passively lengthening your muscles is in no way going to translate to your muscles actively trying to contract at various ranges. You're compromising your force production by warming up with stretches. Do dynamic movements instead.

Not yet. I do have a daily mobility routine but I'm really just lazy and don't like doing it. That said,
stretching my lower body in particular has reduced backpain a lot.

Oh, it's really just a super basic 10 minute stretching routine on youtube. It's not comprehensive or particularly good but as a complete beginner I still benefit from it. I think its something like "stretching routine for beginners" by jeffrey peng. I think if you're new to it like me, any routine will be good until you stop seeing benefits or improvements.
