Alright, I'll spoonfeed you:1500kcal CICO keto OMAD, meat, fish, eggs and some fruit, you measure the calories once and make the same meal with the same ingredients every single day. Keto won't let you go hungry until the evening when you'll be having your OMAD 2-3 hours before going to bed. If you're having craving, Coke Zero or Pepsi Zero Calories or whatever your zero kcal drink of choice, but don't go overboard.On top of that, you do HIIT cardio 2-4 times a week (depending on energy levels) so have your muscles working so you don't lose muscle mass. Ideally HIIT swimming (butterfly for laps with fins, breaststroke with hand paddles) and HIIT cycling (mountain bike, uphill sprints) and more endurance-based at 60-70% max effort.Do this for at least 6 months and you'll see good results.
