How many days in a row can I lift before it starts to negatively affect my gains? Like if I’m doing a 3 day routine can I lift 6 days in a row doing it 2x and be fine? I really really hate rest days bros

I have been lifting every day since late 2024 (with the exception of a few days where I only did bodyweight strength training).
You'll be fine as long as you eat enough, sleep enough, and stay away from junk volume.
I've gained like 20 lbs. of muscle and gotten like 50% stronger since starting this, and I wasn't a total novice to begin with.
I am a 23 year old natty male. Being unemployed helps (test boost btw).

Different groups? Probably weeks like 6 or 7 before you're crazy burnt out or having joint and connective tissue problems. Same groups probably shorter. You can workout the same groups consecutively using some weird set rep schemes. I forgot the exact formula but it's like
Day 1 set to failure adjust weight to 10 rep weight
Day 2 5 sets to 5 reps with the 10 rep weight
Day 3 4 sets of 6 or 7 same weight
Day 4 3 sets of 8 same weight
Day 5 2 sets of 9 same weight
Back to day one retest adjust weight

Then you have all your groups running on staggered schedules so you don't have more than a 1 to failure lift a day.

(I should've mentioned in my reply that I have been using 3 or 4 day splits so each muscle always gets at least 72 hours to recover after being used as a prime mover.)

Tzeentch (BPD demon sex must be insane) > Khorne (probably into violent sex but not too sharp and she’s skinny so probably wouldn’t hurt me too much) > Slaanesh (insane hips and huge booba but the tail makes it look like she’s into dude’s butt stuff and I’m 100% not) > Nurgle (fat, probably slimy, and looks like she absolutely reeks)

The Slaanesh one probably has a massive penis desu

twice

How’s it fair for her to have a dildo tail and a penis? What am I supposed to stick my penis in????
>>
If slanesh has a dog cock (with nice knot), no balls, a pussy, and can use that tentacle as a dildo then we have a clear winner.

every of her orifices, peehole included. and she will do the same.

You can technically go more days in a row but it requires planning. You have to balance volume/intensity to maintain it. The logic follows the common knowledge that doing a single bodyweight squat isn't going to "interrupt" your recovery from barbell squats.

Most people that do this are DYEL because it's too hard. Honestly though, it's generally a bad idea because you could just be broadening your fitness base instead of grinding lifting everyday (probably not even making more gains for it).

Here's an example for 3x Full body
>mon: lift
>tues: cardiovascular conditioning
>wed: lift
>thurs: cardiovascular conditioning
>fri: lift
>sat-sun: GPP (play casual sports), stretch, read a book, have friends, just chill, ect.
Lifting everyday reeks of child that doesn't value their time, so they actively seek how to do things as inefficient as possible. Was guilty of that myself in university.

Sounds like a mindset issue. If you literally can't cope not going to the gym just schedule in low intensity low weight deload days.

Or do an Arm Day.

I’m still a lifting noob but I think the answer is that it depends on your body specifically, and that you need to experiment.

For me I hit a plateau when lifting Mon/tue/thur/fri and had to drop to 3 days a week to break through it. Was more about getting enough rest between lifts so that each session is effective, instead of having two sessions that were compromised (the tuesday and friday ones). For me I’ve also found having extra rest on the weekend helps my Monday lift, that’s where I see gains in sets/weight.

But again, ymmv and I think you just need to try different things for a couple weeks and see what it does.
