How frecuent do you have days like this? How realistic is it to keep that pace up? How much weight have you lost? Is it possible to do this a whole month while eating lean and lose a shit ton of weight?

I run 3 miles on my lunch break at work and 9.5 miles after work, repeat three times a week minimum, and have an easy run day with my sister on Sundays (aiming for at least 20k steps).
On running days I average around 31-32k steps, and while my weight loss is much slower in comparison to when I used to do week-long water fasts, I definitely feel leaner. I hate eating at work so I always end up unintentionally fasting all day and chow down on a kilogram of egg whites, 200 grams of dry rice in raw weight right after my 'long' run.
