I see people my age range get lower back pain (between 20-30), I don't want to have that in the near future as it seems to be unnecessary pain in my lifeSo I do 10-20k steps daily (mainly because I'm on a cut), I wonder if steps alone are enough to prevent back pain issues in the future or should I add some sort of exercise in my daily routine?
