OP please don’t tell me you’ve fallen for the kale and flax seed shit, if you don’t normally eat this stuff it’s gonna be a huge pain in the ass to force it WHILE conditioning your body to hate it via calorie deficit. I was a similar weight and also do 2200kcal a day, I just do a chick fil a spicy deluxe and a Coke Zero as my first meal around 11am as a preworkout, yogurt with protein powder and berries as a post workout, and that holds until dinner, only 850 calories consumed by this point so dinner can be pretty variable. You give it a week and you don’t even feel hungry anymore.

My biggest recommendation to anyone trying to lose that kind of weight is every day incline walk. 3mph, 15 degrees, 30 minutes, burns 330cal on a healthy person and closer to 450 on a fatty holding onto the bar. There’s your extra pound a week. Work up to some strength training on top of that and now you’re also keeping your body from degrading as you drop and you feel a whole lot better.

I love kale and broccoli. I actually get cravings for it.

Flaxseeds are to make the plain skyr bearable without adding sugary stuff like in the flavored versions. I like them well enough and it gives me omega 3 when I'm not eating fish.

Slow and steady wins the race, I say. And I'm anorexic, so you should listen to what I say when I say you you must snack at 8 PM to avoid metabolic adaption causing a fatal bradyarrhythmia, which, along with hemorrhage, is a word I'll never learn how to spell. But I know a thing or two about weigh loss:

You have to increase the speed of your metabolism and turn your body into an efficient furnace.
Eat meat (red meat preferably), fruit and fruit juices (orange and pomegranate juice are the best), milk, butter, NO PUFA, eggs (lots of eggs), and prefer rice and potatoes. Take glycine with meat.

3x full-body workouts.
Daily 8-10 km walks.

You DO NOT want to lose weight faster than that. The recommendations are there so you don't end up like pic related. It's very possible to lose that weight in less than a year by doing long bike rides every couple of days, the results will not be good.

I lost 90lbs in a year, I don't look anywhere close to pic related, but I'll never get the elasticity in my skin back.
