If I want to accentuate the clear divided lines on my traps and front delts (i.e. on the right) even in a t-shirt, instead of just straight lines like on the left, other than obviously building your front delts, what are other methods to obtain this result?
I could kind of achieve this by flexing and raising my elbows in a certain way, but obviously it'd be retarded to walk around flexing all the time like that

There’s no way you posted a comparison between arms at sides relaxes and hands on hips.

yeah i could have found a better example but I guess it still shows what I meant

no it doesn't and your theory is retarded

what you're describing is basically just training your shoulders (all of your shoulders, not just the front delts) and upper chest to develop the "shelf"

Did Sam Sulek do more gear than all other classic physique guys or did he just not take anti-acne medicine? Because all of the other classic guys mostly have normal faces with normal to little acne scars.

He refused to take accutane for a long time despite it being extremely effective and honestly the only thing that truly works.

>Genetics
>Not taking anti acne
>Starting roids at very young age, where acne is more likely and more intense
Obviously its a combi of those factors.

I always failed to understand the point of questions like this, where people are trying to accentuate a certain part of their physique...

I mean.., if you are that serious about getting a better body, then you probably were already training your entire body in a way that you think is optimal, right? What more can you do? You wanna stop training the rest of your body for a while and only focus on delts and traps to get a more defined look there...? You wanna overtrain your delts and traps 7 times a week and ignore recovery time and hope for a miracle? There is nothing more you can do, anon... All that you can do is just keep training your entire body in a way that you believe to be efficient, and then hope that your genetics are going to make you look somewhat decent. "Focusing on 1 part of your body" is a paradox to someone who is serious about lifting, because to someone that is serious about lifting (meaning they already train close to optimal), focusing on 1 part would either mean going into overtraining or going into ignoring the rest of their body, and both of those options are obviously retarded.

And if you aren't lifting efficiently yet, then you probably should worry more about learning the basics of lifting, instead of worrying about focusing on 1 part of your body

What’s your neurotic rambling man get out

Sirsivorship bias. Those pros are the survivors. Someone who did roids and got all his dace and back covered in acne, just quit. Sam is just to mentally ill to quit. He took acutane, but even that didn't help him. In the gym maybe 1 in 100 roiders doesn't have acne.
