>385lbs>5'10" >27 MI weight train 3 days a week for 2 hours. Every session I train to failure. Keep active on my rest days, work a fairly demanding security gig part-time. Try to get as much protein as I can afford, and get about 6-8 hours of sleep every night. I've been at this all year since I got laid off from my second job. Definitely getting alot stronger which is filling me out, and my libido has returned, but when will I stop looking like a fat chud?

>>77348442That's certainly it in the beginning my only concern was getting enough protein too but you have to balance high protein and low calories. Lean low calorie foods and snacks are your salvation.
>>77348414At your weight you can do PSMF/RFL (look it up) with great effect. You will lose 4-5lbs of fat a week and maintain or even grow muscle depending on noob gains. It is boring and hard to stick to but extremely effective, you are mostly eating lean protein with almost no fats or carbs except for refeed days.
