>>77348417dont worry. theres always tomorrow!
I've been telling myself this since I was 26 and now I'm turning 30 next month and I haven't done much cardio at all.If I had a treadmill I would totally do it. My only option is to run in a nearby forest. I hate meeting people and there's always retards walking their untrained dogs at any given time of the day who always bark and try to jump on you.Turns out I just don't want to meet normies.
>>77348417You could have spent all that time walking. Walking is great for a cut because it doesn't make you ravenously hungry. I walk for one or two hours a day (average about 20k steps) and don't have to go near a horrible machine.Nothing better than putting on a podcast or audiobook and just woolking. Also good if you have something you need to ponder. ALSO a way to find out more about your area and to smile and say hello to cuties.
>>77351129i just procrastinate a lot in general (avoidant behaviour)
>>77348417One trick is to start with 5 minutes. It's a lot less stressful than mentally preparing for 30-60 minutes, and once you start, the momentum alone can keep you going (it's easier to keep doing what you have been doing than to start a new task). It also helps if you avoid multitasking. For example, "Walk for 5 minutes, then browse the internet after."
