How the fuck do I get 15mg of vitamin E from diet alone without nuking my calories with almonds or eating a fucking kilo off shitty greens?

I saw something somewhere which I don't recall to be particularly trustworthy and found no information elsewhere to back it up, but apparently prickly pears have a massive amount of vitamin E. Hope that helps.
