Cardio isn't bodybuilding. If you want a nice body to look at you should do bodybuilding and a calorie deficit. If you want to be capable of doing more things, live longer, and feel better you should do some cardio. If you don't already do some cardio, just 2 hours easy to moderate intensity per week will be night and day.
