Just broke my pinkie finger rock climbing, I missed a dyno and jammed my finger into the wall super hard bending it backwards.

This was my first time climbing in a month since recovering from a different injury.

Anyone else got any annoying or interesting injuries lately?

Sprained my neck in wrestling, went to practice for a week before I finally saw a doc.
Broke my right middle finger.
Broke my nose.
Fucked up my right wrist and knee mountain biking
Tore my left calf doing sprints day after hitting lmao3pl8 squat for the 1st time.

the usual overused rotator cuff bullshit. the doc said once it sews itself back together continue normally no matter if it hurts or not (spoiler alert: it hurts)

How'd you manage that? I found I used to get rotator cuff injuries a lot from push day at the gym until I started doing specific exercises for them

Was in a pretty bad crash last year

Broke a metacarpal last year, I had to stop lifting 3 months so I just starvemaxxed and smoked weed. One year after, being sober and in good shape, I think I felt better last year

lower wrist and hand on pinky side have been fucking with me bad when my hand is in supination (e.g. curls)

it's really bad on EZ bar preacher curls, i love that exercise but am gonna have to give it a rest for at least a month i think. last time i did them the residual pain was bad enough to keep me awake at night.

it's weird because it doesn't really hurt during the exercise, it's when it first starts and when i let go of the bar that it really hurts

I almost blew out a shoulder by overshooting a dyno but somehow managing to grab it with one hand long enough to stop my horizontal movement before slipping.

Nonstop, goes away and comes back, not bad enough to be debilitating and feel like you should fix it, but never quite going away and affecting all sorts of random shit - night pissing, abductor tightness, diaphragm compression, hip mobility, fucking SUCKS

Nerve injury in my dominant wrist that took 3 weeks to heal. Today is the first day I've been able to put more than 25 lbs on it without an issue so massive game of catchup ahead.
