How many scoops?

No, it would not. Raisins are calorie dense as hell. You would constantly feel like you're starving no matter how many you eat. You'd be infinitely better off just eating chicken, beef, eggs, cottage cheese, mushrooms, carrots, and potatos. And remember to go on an aggresive cut. At least 1000 calories below maintenence calories. Why? Because you'll be stuck dieting down for what seems like forever if you don't. Our brains are wired for fast rewards. Slow bullshit doesn't work.
