Will I break something if I stretch and do isometrics all day?

Example, why not do exercises like pic related or lower body stretches while you're on the phone, reading a book, etc. Why not hold heavy objects at uncomfortable positions or force your arms against hard surfaces while doing anything else.

These don't feel as taxing on the body as lifting weights, so I don't know if "overtraining" is really a concern.
