get the non-organic version with NO3T. that will give you a much better pump.

i usually mix preworkout + 1 scoop total beets /w NO3T, additional citrulline or citrulline hcl for total of 11g, peakATP and glycerol. citrulline is okay as a base but tastes worse than anything you can imagine when used stand alone, and you need a lot of it to feel the effect (10+g for me).

you can also take pills if u don't like the taste. panda supps make standalone vasodrive ap pills and huge and axe&sledge make their own pump pills.

L-cit is great and like 2 to 3 grams and I am LITERALLY JACKED I CAN FEEL IT IN MY BLOOD. Current pre workout is just that and some pink salt with 1 cup of water.

i was talking about citrulline, not the bonded one with malate. the sour taste of malate actually elevates the taste of some pre's i have.. i used nutricost's l-citrulline for years, but the taste and everything about it make me skeptical of the purity. just got some bulk supplement's version as well as con-cret's hydronox/citrulline hcl, and used 10g citrulline + 2g hydronox for today's workout and it was just solid pump through out the 2hr+ session.. i am currently 240lbs so 10g feels right to me, but some open guys i train with need at least 12g to even feel it.
