You can get pretty far with Bulgarian split squats. The adjustable dbs you can add plates to can go to 100 lbs+

This is my setup and its great cause it takes up basically no room and you got about 90% of what you need. The downside is you can't really go heavy on legs and the lack of a good option for a downward pulling motion.
