I need (serious) help. My core is shit, total shit, always have been, i have a hard time engaging it properly (I can see protrusion in hollow body hold for instance which is a big no no). I can't do crunches because I have an herniated disc and it makes my lower back feel very uncomfortable. Give me decent alternatives (please don't say compound lifts are enough)
