I just supplement D3 really. I used to get a lot of sun when I was younger and would work outside. Luckily, I have robust genetics and kept myself pretty healthy during that time, so I did not suffer from severe damage to my skin. But I did get a LOT of freckles around my face and nose, and also some slight aging around the eye area. The freckles went away over time but not entirely. Nothing too crazy though. I would say our ancestors evolved by being in old growth forests where a massive canopy of trees would shield us from the sun, and our daily requirement of exposure was the equivalent of 3 sun rays from a branch for the entire day. You can use red light, UVB lights at home to offset the negative effects of no sunlight, as well as Vit D3 supplementation. Stick to a clean supplement with no seedoilsIf you do want to enjoy the sun, morning or afternoon is obviously best, and consuming less PUFA will offset sunburns, aspirin also protects against sunburns. Never buy sunscreen, which contains cancer-causing chemicals, and only buy sunblock, which is mineral based. Look for things that have ZInc Oxide
>>77353510im as pale as milk and on the rare occasions i go outside i feel godlike the next day. unfortunately slathering on enough sunscreen to prevent myself from melting in the rays is a pain.
>>77353510Anyone who demonizes sunlight is actively against your fitness and happiness. Sunblock is a lie sold by the cancer industry.
>>77353619>I would say our ancestors evolved by being in old growth forests where a massive canopy of trees would shield us from the sunBut, Anon, our Indo-European ancestors lived on the Pontic–Caspian Steppe. How did they shield themselves from the sun there?
Oh look another /fit/ sunlight/sunscreen rage bait thread. Guess the bots are back
>>77353667Nah bro, real whites need it. Direct sunlight for more than 20mins makes my skin feel like sizzling eggs and sunburned after 30
>>77353711That also depends on your location. In summer I burn very hard very fast in Southern Europe.
I don’t know. I just row.
>>77353706They also had darker skin compared to us now, the supposed theory is our skin got lighter due to weaker sun exposure in Northern Europe.
>>77353706They didn't. The people with the most Aryan admixture today are Scandis, who tan very easily. They also didn't consume shitloads of omega 6 trash, which is known to accumulate in the skin and cause excessive damage when exposed to sunlight.
>>77353510>>Is it good for you?Yes. It gives you energy and keeps your circadian rhythm on point.>>Is it necessary to build muscle? No.>>Is it like natural TRT?Not really.>>Is a tan healthy?Purely aesthetic. It could even be bad for your skin, in fact.>>Is it better to avoid the sun to prevent skin damage and keep the skin as white as possible?Depending on where you live there's times when you should avoid direct sun exposure. Even if it's slightly cloudy remember that uv light can still penetrate through and damage your skin.>>What is the best time to absorb sunlight?Entirely depends on where you live but basically look for times where uv index is low. Near the tropic usually before 10 am and after 4 pm.>>What's a better aesthetic: pale or tan?Totally subjective, although I'm inclined to think most people would say slightly tanned is more aesthetic. But again, that is purely subjective. I've met women who don't like pale guys and other that prefer white men over everything. My wife hates the sun and prefers me to avoid it completely, it doesn't matter if I get all pale.
>>77354978Is your wife fat with endichrine problems by any chance?
>>77354978Forgot to add to always use sunscreen and reapply it every 4 hours (2 if sweating or swimming).Tanning is basically skin damage, no matter how aesthetically pleasing it may be, it's still just damage to your skin cells. So if you have skin cancer history you should avoid it entirely. From a health perspective, if you're white then it doesn't matter how much you "tan" you're not really getting vitamin D from it and should totally supplement it. Otherwise it is good for regulating circadian rhythm and metabolism, as stated before.
>>77354985No, she's just whinny and her family has skin cancer history.
>>77353706they didnt. they gotbsunburned, got skincancer, and died
>ages you by 50 years>destroys your cells>body wants to avoid it by making you seek shadingOMG LE HECKING SUN TRIBES>all of them were either jewish led or cannibalsLol
