I think the cheapest plan is 30$ a month for generic garbage ass programming and the full thing is only available on iOS. It's literally normie slop. Anyone who says they use it are basically declaring they're a dipshit, not just cause you should be able to do everything it does with minimal thought but because you're declaring your pissing money down the drain to do so.

Weird that with all the free information and now Ai, people just don’t want to use google sheets for their programming. They keep buying apps that aren’t even simple to use.

try grindr for an app more up your alley*

Most people here work part time at phone stores, so of course they’re gonna seethe at the notion of paying for a fitness app. And they’re right to an extent. It’s not really gonna give you anything you don’t already have the means to research and implement yourself.

But, as someone who uses it, I find it nice. It’s a slick app that functions well. Your mileage will depend on your coach and some are certainly better than others. I’ve lifted for a long time, but I started using it about 6 months ago. I like that it helps keep me accountable and provides some variability in the programming, even within the same “program”. Thats the biggest thing for me. Changing it up a bit periodically while still working toward the same goals and I don’t have to think about it.
