This may sound autistic, but is there any paper, influencer, or book taking things from Pilates to use them in normal gyms?I'm really curious about what you can take from Pilates to bring into normal training if your goal is hypertrophy, endurance, and fat loss. Maybe some Pilates exercises could be adapted to be done with the stuff you find in an average gym, like machines, kettlebells, or even resistance bands.
